Her task is to make further progress towards the refurbishment of Barrhill Memorial Hall and thereby enable the introduction of improved social benefits for the community. Although not a certainty, socially worthwhile projects with strong community support can attract external funding and our windfarm benefit, when used as match funding, can leverage in those additional funds. In this way, with well prepared applications for external funding, the Development Officer could significantly increase the value of our windfarm benefit. Major funders will take a systematically reasoned judgement about any funding they might give, based mostly upon the social benefits their funding will bring to the community. Rebecca's work will help a reasoned judgement to be made by all, including national funders, local funders and people throughout our community. Rebecca has been given the authority to represent and act on behalf of Barrhill Memorial Hall Community Association. For further clarity about her role view our agreement. Please give Rebecca your full support. The Hall Management Committee Change to 359 Bus Sevice James King Coaches and ABC Travel Ltd - licence revoked.
